Adeola Akere is a graduate of Insurance from Lagos State Polytechnic where he obtained the Higher National Diploma in Insurance with Distinction. He also holds an MBA degree from the Federal University of Technology, Akure Ondo State.
Adeola is a Fellow of both the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (FIIN) and the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (FCIB). He is a versatile insurance practitioner and an academic of repute with well over Twenty-five years’ experience in Insurance practice, mainly in the Insurance Broking sector.
Adeola Akere gathered his wealth of experience from Guvnor Insurance Consultants and Boof Africa Insurance Brokers. He was the General Manager/CEO of Haymill Insurance Brokers Limited and Henry Phillipson Insurance Brokers Limited between 1996 and 1999. He joined PSIBL Insurance Brokers Limited as the pioneer General Manager in 1999 and rose to be the CEO, his position until he left in June 2012 to join Davisther Insurance Brokers Limited as the Managing Director/CEO up until April 2018 that he left Davisther.
Adeola who has attended several training programmes, conferences and seminars on Insurance technical operations, Marketing and Management, is now the Managing Director/CEO of LIBRA Insurance Brokers Limited.

He started with Law Union and Rock Insurance Plc in 2010 as a Marine Insurance underwriter. He gained expert experience in marine underwriting, general underwriting and claims inspection and investigation, as well as claims adjustment before he was deployed to the Motor Insurance department. When the company reorganised its operations and adopted sector-based underwriting, Femi worked with the Financial Services unit where he gained further exposure to the insurance of financial institutions.
Between 2015 and 2016, Femi coordinated the setting up of the operations of Multilateral Insurance Brokers Limited. His role as the Head of Operations merged technical and business development responsibilities. The company was able to secure the insurance portfolios of a number of industries at the Ota Industrial Estate in Ogun State.
As the Deputy Head of Research and Business Development at Hilltop Insurance Brokers Limited, a position he held between 2017 and 2018, he led the company’s foray into special risks such as Kidnap and Ransom Crisis and Drone Insurance. He joined Libra Insurance Brokers early in 2018 to help re-establish the company as a solution-focussed broker.

Lateef Akintoye is a vastly experienced insurance professional who has delivered with the personal touch. He holds the Higher National Diploma in Insurance of the Lagos State Polytechnic and a Masters in Business Administration (Marketing) degree from the University of Uyo. He is an Associate member (AIIN) of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria.

He is an Associate member (ACE) of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria. He is also an Associate Member (ANIM) of the Nigeria Institute of Management.
Lateef got his early grounding in insurance underwriting at Prudential Union Assurance Company between 1991 and 1994, Perpetual Insurance Brokers between 1994 and 1995, as well as Boof of Africa Insurance Brokers between 1995 and 1996 when he left Senior Client
Service Executive.
In 1996, he joined Standard Trust Assurance Company Plc (STACO) from where he took his bow in 2002 as a Manager in the General Accident/Fire/Engineering and Claims
Department. Joining Oasis Insurance Plc in 2002, his outstanding achievement in marketing was acknowledged with the award of the Best Marketer of the Year in 2002/2003. Leaving as an Assistant General Manager (Marketing) in 2010, he joined Bestworth Insurance Brokers
in 2010 and later Securisk Insurance Brokers in 2013 as the General Manager, as well as Hope Equity and Trust Insurance Brokers in 2014 as the Chief Operating Officer.
Lateef joined Libra Insurance Brokers as the General Manager in charge of Operations in September 2020 with the mandate to deepen the company’s ability to professionally serve existing clients and expand on the clientele base.
TOLULOPE JOLAOSHO (Dip. Law, B.Sc., MBA, ACIPM) - HEAD, HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMIN
Tolulope Jolaosho has had a career devoted to safekeeping and enhancing the human capital capacity of companies. She has a diploma in Law and first degree in History and Diplomatic Studies from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State. She also has a Masters in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos and is an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM).

She started as the Human Resources and Admin. Assistant at the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) before leaving to join Doyin Owolabi & Co. as the Human Resources Officer. She later became the substantive head of the Human Resources department.
Tolulope joined Libra Insurance Brokers Limited to organise and give direction to the Human Resources and Administration department.

Ayobami’s professional career started in 2011 at Lalekan Jinadu & Co (Chartered Accountants) as an Audit Supervisor where excellently handled different tasks and assignments including leading audit engagements, executing audit programs in line with the substance of audit evidence and timelines, collating audit reports and draft management in line with the state of the internal control, and preparing financial reports for clients.
He left for Profund Securities Limited in 2012 and was largely noted for excellent work performance while handling responsibilities including the preparation of financial statements and support schedules according to corporate time lines, verification of the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents and records, managing the company’s accounts payables and receivables, ensuring that reports and free of errors and are within the company guidelines, ensuring that the company’s obligations in respect of PAYE, VAT, WHT are fulfilled as and when due, as well as documentation and testing of internal enterprise reporting system upgrades and modifications.
In 2014, he joined Pedigree Consultant (Chartered Accountants) as an Audit Senior overseeing audit engagements and programs for clients. Immediately after that engagement, he worked at Confedrated Facilitators between 2015 and 2019 as the company’s accountant engaged in the preparation, analysis and presentation of financial reports, planning and managing the company’s working capital and liquidity, processing and reviewing clients’ accounts for completeness, accuracy and validity, as well as preparation of compliance and statutory returns.
